At VidAnna, we prioritize clarity and simplicity. We want you to shop with confidence, knowing that your order will be handled with care and delivered efficiently to your doorstep.

All items will be packaged securely. We ship to the whole United Kingdom (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland) using Royal Mail tracked 24 or 48 services, normally delivered within 1 to 2 working days from date of shipping.

We are also able to provide a local delivery services for delivery within 5 Miles of our location. And arrangements can also be made for customer pickup
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Faulty items

We take great care in ensuring that the item are quality checked before and during packing and posting. However, for your piece of mind, if your item has delivered faulty or damaged, we’re happy to offer you an exchange or a refund within 14 days of delivery with proof of damage as soon as received.

Please bear in mind, we don’t offer exchanges or refunds, if your item is damaged due to your accidental damage, neglect, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Changed your mind?

You can return your item within 14 days even if you have opened it for inspection. To obtain a credit note of the full purchase amount excluding shipping cost where applicable, it must be returned as new and in a resaleable condition. This means you must not use it, you should keep it in the original packaging, with the tags on and return it complete with all accessories.
